What you can return

• A set in unopened, sealed packaging — within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
• We do not accept earplugs from opened packaging, for health protection and hygiene reasons (Article 38(1)(5) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
• If the product has a defect or is not in conformity with the contract, submit a complaint — whether or not the packaging has been opened. The rules are on the Complaints page.

How to return a set

1. Request the return using the return form: enter your order number and the email address used for the order. You can also write to hello@quietplugs.com.
2. Send the set back in its sealed packaging to the address we give you in reply to your request (it is also at the end of the Terms and conditions), within 14 days of your request. You pay the cost of sending it back.
3. We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method that was used for the order. We may wait to issue the refund until we receive the parcel or proof that it has been sent.
