Working with earplugs: questions
Not answered here? Write to us.
Will I hear conversations?
SNR 22 dB quiets noise, and leaves what matters: conversation, a platform announcement, the doorbell.
Will they replace noise-canceling headphones?
It’s a different tool. Earplugs turn noise down passively, by 22 dB (SNR): no battery and no music.
Which size should I choose?
You do not have to choose. The box contains ear tips in four sizes: XS, S, M and L.
How do I clean them?
Rinse in warm water and leave to dry. Do not use detergents, alcohol or sharp tools. Store in the case, away from dust, moisture and light.
What if they do not fit?
The box contains ear tips in four sizes: XS, S, M and L, so you choose your size at home. You can return an unopened, sealed package within 14 days.
