Four steps.
Choose the right ear tip size.
Press the ring into the ear tip until the edges meet.
Insert the earplug into the ear canal, turning it gently.
Remove it slowly with a slight twisting motion.
How do I know they fit?
A well-chosen ear tip sits securely and does not press. If the earplug slips out, go one size up. If it presses, go one size down. Each ear may need a different size.
After use: water and the case.
Rinse in warm water and leave to dry. Do not use detergents, alcohol or sharp tools. Store in the case, away from dust, moisture and light.
The product contains small parts. Keep away from children. Do not use while driving or in situations where you need to hear warning signals. Stop using them in case of pain or irritation. Do not use them with an ear infection without consulting a doctor. Improper fit may reduce the effectiveness of hearing protection.

Can I sleep on my side while wearing them?
Yes. Soft silicone sits in the ear canal without pressure, even when you sleep on your side.
Will I hear conversations?
SNR 22 dB quiets noise, and leaves what matters: conversation, a platform announcement, the doorbell.
What if they do not fit?
The box contains ear tips in four sizes: XS, S, M and L, so you choose your size at home. You can return an unopened, sealed package within 14 days.
