Not answered here? Write to us.
Will earplugs silence snoring?
They turn it down. SNR 22 dB attenuation makes snoring take a back seat, but it does not vanish.
Can I sleep on my side while wearing them?
Yes. Soft silicone sits in the ear canal without pressure, even when you sleep on your side.
Will I hear my alarm?
Earplugs turn sounds down, they don’t switch them off. Before you fall asleep in them for the first time, check during the day that you can hear your alarm.

You do not have to choose. The box contains ear tips in four sizes: XS, S, M and L.
How do I care for earplugs I use every night?
Rinse in warm water and leave to dry. Do not use detergents, alcohol or sharp tools. Store in the case, away from dust, moisture and light.
What if they do not fit?
