Shipping and payment
We ship within 24 hours on business days. In Poland, delivery is free from 98 PLN.
Delivery methods in Poland
Delivery is free when the products in your order cost at least 98 PLN after discounts. Below that amount:
- InPost Parcel Locker · 12.90 PLN: at checkout, you choose a Parcel Locker on the map and enter a phone number and email address for shipment notifications.
- InPost courier · 14.90 PLN: at checkout, you enter the delivery address.
When you get your parcel
We hand the parcel over to the carrier within 24 hours of the payment being credited, counting business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once the parcel is shipped, InPost sends you a text message and an email with the tracking number. You can check the status of your order on the Order tracking page.
Where we ship
We ship within Poland and to: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal and Spain.
Delivery outside Poland
Outside Poland, you collect your parcel from an InPost parcel locker or pickup point that you choose on the map at checkout. You also enter a phone number and email address for shipment notifications. Delivery cost:
- France · 25 PLN
- Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands · 37 PLN
- Italy, Portugal and Spain · 40 PLN
Free delivery from 98 PLN applies to orders delivered in Poland.
Payment
You pay at checkout, when placing the order. Payments are handled by Przelewy24.
- BLIK: you enter the code from your banking app.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay: you pay with a card saved on your phone or in your browser.
- Online bank transfer: you log in to your bank and confirm a ready-made transfer.
We cancel orders that are not paid within 60 minutes. If you need an invoice, tick the box at checkout and enter your company details.
